We accept applications online or by mail. Completed applications, paper or online, must be submitted with all required materials no less than thirty (30) working days prior to the start of classes.

Thank you for choosing Good Tree Academy for the future education of your children. Kindly fill out one application for per child and submit it via email, fax or drop it off at school along with the application processing fee.

Documents Required
Please submit the following documents via email at [email protected], fax at (972) 502-9432, or dropped off at the front desk.
- Copy of the Birth Certificate
- Up to date shots record
- Discipline Report
- 2 letters of recommendations
- Past 2 years of Final Report Card
- Past 2 years of State Testing Results (3rd Grade and up)
To expedite your application submit all documents at the same time. Incomplete registration application will not be processed.

Admission Test & Fees
To be scheduled after all the required documents have been submitted.
All testing will be done on the material from the last grade attended.
Fees
Annual Materials, Technology, and Testing fee (varies by program).
- $100 Montessori admission testing.
- $145 Grades 1-12 admission testing.
- $1000 Family Commitment Fee which is due once admission is approved.

Re-enrollment is closed for 2023-2024
44Students presently enrolled in Good Tree Academy are given the first opportunity to re-enroll for the next school year. Re-enrollment is not automatic. For Sycamore re-enrollment instruction, please see the following,
- Please log in to Sycamore (You can access sycamore through our website Click Here.
- Click on My School (Left-Blue Menu)
- Click on Enrollment and then click on Online Portal
- After clicking on Online Portal, you will be directed to a different page Admission Dashboard. You will have access to The Welcome Message, please be sure to read it. Further, by clicking on your child’s name, you will be directed to the Re-enrollment Application.
- The application starts with a series of forms verifying Student & Family Information, Medical Information, & School Waivers (Please be sure to add at least One Non-Primary Emergency Contact)
- Lastly, Submit the Re-Enrollment form on Sycamore and click the paypal button below make your payment to complete the re-enrollment process and reserve your children’s spot(s) for the upcoming school year of 2023-2024.
